Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Bernard Ebiau 

25 years’ experience as an Executive in Christian roles across communities in war torn Northern Uganda, post genocide Rwanda and post-election violent Kenya. His transformative leadership style is key in transforming agriculture in the Teso Sub Region.

Chief Technical Officer

John Vincent Ajabi

An agricultural and Climate expert with experience working and guiding rural small holder farmers on improved agricultural practices, including adaptation to climate change and mitigation of it.

Chief Marketing Officer

Ambassador Bismark Omoding

12 years’ experience in mobilization of youth and women in development under state house and government development programs in Iteso Cultural Union, in Mbale and Bukedea. He adds value by tapping on contributions from youth and women groups in Agriculture.

Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer

Beatrice Akejo Alinga

15 years’ experience in research on primary school performances, coordinating childcare programs under Child Care Program, Mbale. Her keen eye to details as an administrator will help boost farmer household upkeep and income.

Chief Financial Officer

Juliet Aiko

Experienced and accomplished in financial matters, having worked as Consultant at the International University of East Africa, PESH Holdings and Access Investments and Manager at Uganda Association of Private Vocational Institutions.
